Powder handling brings its own containment, segregation and flow challenges, particularly where potent compounds or fine respiratory grade powders are involved. We combine our partners' equipment expertise with our understanding of GMP manufacturing, containment and validation so the installed system works in your facility, not just on the supplier's test rig.
Our role is to act as the technical link between your project and the equipment supplier. We define the process requirement, assess containment and operator exposure, review interfaces with adjacent equipment and manage the detail through specification, FAT, SAT and qualification, giving you one point of contact for the whole powder handling scope.
